Competitive Jersey SIzing Day

Hey Coaches,

This year we’re moving to a new uniform provider and style. After a decade with the same look, it’s time for a refresh—but more importantly, this change gives us:

• A local provider with lower costs

• Faster turnaround times

• More support

• The ability to order single replacements if items are lost or damaged

Here’s how the process will work:

1. Competitive Jersey Order Form:
   The general manager will pre-populate all player names into the Competitive Jersey Order Form Google Sheet based on cuts/offers.

   • Coaches only need to fill in jersey numbers.

   • This information will be placed on the Coach/GM assistance worksheet on a forth Tab called Jersey Ordering

2. Uniform Sizing & Ordering (Sept 27 - Competitive Jersey Try-On Day):
   Accent Logos and Stitches will be set up at Steve MacLean Public School on Saturday, September 27, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

   • This will serve as the competitive jersey try-on day.

   • Parents must attend to purchase uniforms.

   • Sample sizes will be available for fitting.

   • Payment will be made directly to Accent Logos and Stitches at the time of order.

3. Uniform Delivery:

   • Orders arrive ~2 weeks after being placed.

   • Sorted by team and available for pickup at Accent Logos and Stitches (3188 Swansea Crescent).

   • Coaches will be notified when ready.

4. Missed Sizing Day:
   Parents who cannot attend on Sept 27 must go to Accent Logos and Stitches on their own to complete the order. Please stress to families that they don’t want to be the only player without a uniform—make sure they attend on the 27th or go ASAP afterward.
