🏀 Practice Structure (Each Session)

  • Warm-Up & Movement Skills - 15 minutes

  • Fundamental Skill Development - 30 minutes

  • Games Approach / Drills - 45 minutes

  • Modified Game Play / Small Sided - 20 minutes

  • Cool Down & Wrap Up - 10 minutes

Session 4: Offensive Strategies & Spacing

Session 8: Scrimmage & Review

  • Warm-Up: Dynamic stretches and shooting drills

  • Skills Review Stations: Shooting, dribbling, defense, layups

  • Game: Full-court 5v5 scrimmage

  • Mini Tournament: 2 x 10-min games

  • Cool Down: Group circle - highlight key takeaways, individual shoutouts
