🏀 Practice Structure (Each Session)

  • Warm-Up & Movement Skills - 10 minutes

  • Fundamental Skill Development - 25 minutes

  • Games Approach / Drills - 30 minutes

  • Modified Game Play / Small Sided - 20 minutes

  • Cool Down & Wrap Up - 5 minutes


Session 1: Ball Handling & Passing


Session 2: Pivoting & Triple Threat


Session 3: Layups (Right & Left)


Session 4: Shooting Fundamentals


Session 5: Defense Basics


Session 6: Passing Under Pressure & Spacing


Session 7: Team Offense Concepts


Session 8: Scrimmage & Review

  • Warm-Up: Dribble tag + relay race

  • Skills Review Stations: Shooting, dribbling, defense, layups

  • Game: Full-court 4v4 or 5v5 (depending on numbers)

  • Mini Tournament: 2 x 10-min games
