Score Clock & Shot Clock Request Form
This form is to be used by Ottawa South Basketball Association (OSBA) coaches and team managers to request a score clock or 24-second shot clock. The information you provide will be sent directly to the OSBA to initiate the request.
Score clocks are stored on-site at the following schools:
Mino Mikan Elementary School
Steve McLean Public School
Osgoode Township High School (Also portable shot clocks)
Vimy Ridge Public School
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining our equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly stored and all equipment is returned (including extension cords, possession arrows, etc).
Please complete all required fields in full. Once your request has been submitted, someone will contact you to confirm availability and arrange a pick-up/drop-off time.
