The Ottawa South Basketball Association (OSBA) has been serving young athletes in Ottawa since 1994. What began as a girls-only program with just twelve players has grown into a thriving community basketball organization supporting more than 700 male and female athletes each year.
As a proud member of Eastern Ontario Basketball Association (EOBA) and Ontario Basketball Association (OBA), OSBA is committed to providing basketball programming where athletes can build skills, confidence, and friendships. Guided by the values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect, we strive to help athletes develop not only as basketball players, but as confident, responsible, and engaged members of the community.
The success of OSBA is made possible by the dedication of our volunteer coaches, board members, and parents who generously give their time and energy to help every player reach their potential.
To develop young athletes through quality basketball programming that builds skills, confidence, teamwork, respect, and a lifelong passion for sport.

We enable athletes to grow their basketball skills, confidence, communication and teamwork skills throughout their basketball journey.
