Southeast Ottawa Recreation Complex
The City of Ottawa is building a new, beautiful recreation centre along Earl Armstrong. This is a real win for our communities.
One issue that stands out about the new facility is that there is only one indoor gym space. OSBA is advocating for an indoor double gym platform with two courts, glass backboards and 3 pt line - suitable to host practices, basketball clinics, games and tournaments. We need help from our members to advocate for this. The project is still in the consultation phase and we can influence the final product.
