Annual General Meeting Notice - 30 Nov 2025
The Board of Directors of the Ottawa South Basketball Association invites all members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, November 30, 2025.
The AGM provides an opportunity to:
- Hear updates on the past year’s programs, finances, and achievements
- Review priorities for the upcoming season
- Participate in discussions about the future direction of the Association
- Elect new members to the Board of Directors
We have attached the draft agenda, and draft minutes from the last Special Meeting of Members held June 22, 2025.
We are sending out a separate notice for the call for nominations for members who are interested in being elected to the Board of Directors for a 1 or 2 year term. The Board of Directors usually meets for an hour on a monthly basis. We will be holding open information sessions to learn more about the role of the Board of Directors on November 12, 7:00-7:30PM and again on November 16, 1:00-1:30PM.
