Coaches Needed for House League

The OSBA House League is looking for volunteer coaches to help our players learn, develop, and have a safe place to play. No prior coaching experience is required — you’ll be provided with lesson plans for the first 8-12 sessions, and we’ll host a coaching night with our Technical Director, Aaron Harvey. If you can’t attend, all materials and videos will be available online.

We are a volunteer-run organization with limited resources, and we need coaches to make our programs possible. An honorarium of $500 for coaching is available, and the association will reimburse coaches to decide to become qualified inline with Basketball training for coaches.

Coaches Looking to attend Learn to Train or Train to Train courses are fully refundable by the association

OBA has finally opened registration for the 4 L2T and T2T courses in town this fall.
Coaches will need to register through gameplanbasketball.ca. 

L2T - Naismith (Carleton Place) Sep 20-21st
L2T - OSS (Ottawa) Sep 27-28th
T2T - OSS (Ottawa) Oct 3-5th
L2T - Nepean (Nepean) Oct 18-19th
